Zygos means balance in Greek. Balancing the needs of employees with the operational requirements of any organization is the goal and principle value of Zygos Consulting.

 

Kris Lea, MSOD, is CEO and principal of Zygos Consulting.  Also, she is a consultant with a local health maintenance organization and is an Associate Faculty member at the University of Phoenix (UOP) and California State University, College of Continuing Education (CSUS-CCE).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zygos Consulting

Zygos Consulting was named during a trip to the Island of Rhodes in 2007.  While visiting the most southern point of Rhodes, at Prassonisi, Kris fell in love with the place where the Mediterranean and Aegean seas mix when tides are high. This vision became the impetus for solidifying a principle of practice for Zygos Consulting.
